We have provided a selection of Mentoring case studies. They all have one thing in common, that is, relatively small investment has produced big returns, either by radically improving the Mentees work life balance and/or delivering significantly improved business performance and profits. We have developed our skills as a mentor over the last 10 years where we have exclusively worked with owner managed businesses.
A high quality meat supplies business has used our Mentoring services to help them grow the business faster by putting in proper planning and business support processes enabling them to better anticipate potential problems and focusing on their long term goals.
We act as a Mentor to the senior management team of a fast growing services company. Their goal is to ensure that the organisation can support the current and planned rapid growth 30%pa over the next 5 years. Our considerable experience in successfully managing high growth business was a significant factor in their decision to appoint us.
We have been Mentoring a construction based business for the last two years to help them overcome some difficult sales issues and manage a long term dispute of non payment of debt. This expertise has been enabled the owner to remain focused on managing with his core business, during times of extreme stress and distraction.
A manufacturing business has used our Mentoring services to help the newly appointed directors take control organise, manage and change the sales practices and culture and install monitoring systems to measure progress to keep the business moving forward.

Other notable successes are helping a firm grow their revenues at 20% pa over 4 years and quadruple profits to partners. We have helped another build a better work life balance (now working 4 days), whilst at the same time helping him focus his efforts to grow at over 20% pa.
We acted as a long term mentor to a Internet retail business have helped them turn the business around, we used our experience to enable the owners to get a detailed understanding of their business and so significantly increase both sales and profits whilst at the same time reduce the costs of operation.
